Updates! Update from Mikey Wax on facebook (www.facebook.com/mikeywax) Hey everyone, As most of you know I just finished up my first U.S tour, and wanted to send a quick update to fill you all in with everything that's been happening. First off, thanks so much to all of you who came to the shows this past month! It was awesome having the opportunity to meet and play for so many of you. I appreciate all the support, comments, pictures, etc. It was a great tour. Second, I'm so thrilled to see this fan page now has over 7,000 members in it. I really can't thank you guys enough for taking the time to listen to my music and help spread the word. I will continue to say that no matter how many more people join this group. I'm truly flattered. Some of you might even be happy to know there has been record label interest. I'll fill you in about that later if it progresses. Third, I have some big shows coming up that I'm excited about and wanted to inform you of. This Thursday July 23rd, I'll be playing @ Cafe 939 in Boston, MA with Diane Birch. She'll be on late night with Letterman tomorrow night, so it was nice to be asked to play a show with her the following day. You can get tickets at cafe939.com. I'm also excited to announce that I'll be headlining the Canal Room in NYC on Thursday, August 20th. Tickets are limited and on sale now.
