Hey everybody- it is a cold Sunday night in NYC. I'm in my apt watching what was a good football game between the ny giants and the dallas cowboys and working on some new songs. I'm not really a huge football fan, but there is nothing I love more than watching these guys kick the crap out of each other while I'm sitting writing these peaceful little tunes on my guitar. Anyway, I wanted to share some good news with all of you- perhaps the best holiday gift I could ask for at this point. I'm booking a tour finally starting in January! It is specifically geared towards the North East- but I will be branching out and getting a chance to meet and play for some of you in upstate NY, CT, NJ, MA, NH, as well as down in FL and perhaps Cali. I signed a contract with a booking company called Supreme Entertainment. They have some very well known musicians on their roster, and the idea is that they can hopefully get me opening for some of these acts so I can take their fans and make them like me better. Not really, but you get the idea. They really dig my music and I think by working with them I will be able to get my music across to more people. In addition, I was offered a few licensing deals with MTV and E! for some shows that they broadcast. At first, I never thought I would want my music on shows like the Real World cause I've always tried to write music that goes "deeper" than that. BUT, TV really is the new radio, plus everyone's gotta pay the rent and it's a good opportunity to get my music out there. It was real nice to be offered the contract, and I will of course keep you all posted if/when a song is aired.

My friends will claim that I live in my own world, but I am very aware what is going on in this world at the moment, and I really appreciate each and every one of yours support. I can't wait to really get things in motion in 2009! It's going to be an exciting year for all of us...
